Every company remembers its first product in the hands of a customer. For FrameUpNow, that story leads to MC2 Homes and Red Hawk at J-6 Ranch. The first frames we ever manufactured were for MC2 Homes there. What began as a practical collaboration has grown into years of improving how we engineer, manufacture, and build homes together.

A Setting Worthy of a Thoughtful Home

Red Hawk offers something increasingly hard to find: homesites generally ranging from 2.5 to 5 acres, with room for a custom home, open views, and a life shaped around the owner rather than a narrow lot. MC2 Homes understands what that setting asks of a builder. The home has to work for the land and for the person who will live there.

We value Red Hawk because its spacious lots invite real choices. A home may be planned around a view, an outdoor living area, or an RV garage. Whatever design results, the framing must support it.

FrameUpNow provides engineered cold-formed steel framing. MC2 Homes builds the custom home, taking it from the steel structure through the many decisions and trades required to make it livable. Red Hawk provides the homesites and the setting that make those decisions meaningful.

Our first frames for MC2 at Red Hawk were a beginning, not a one-time project. We have kept learning from the work and from one another. Red Hawk’s developer created a rare large-lot community.
