Salinas Collection

The Salinas Collection is built on the Orchard plan family, offered in Craftsman, Mid Century, Ranch and Spanish styles. Unlike collections that start with a studio, every Orchard plan has a separate bedroom: choose a one-bedroom of about 495 square feet or a two-bedroom of up to about 749 square feet, with one or two bathrooms. Several layouts come in more than one arrangement so you can pick the room order that works best on your lot. The Mid Century version is one of the few in our catalog with that style. All Orchard plans are designed for cold-formed steel framing.
