Southwestern

Southwestern plans draw on adobe and Spanish Colonial traditions: stucco walls, flat parapet rooflines or low-pitched tile roofs, and shaded outdoor spaces. This page includes Spanish versions of the Yoke plan family, the Bungalo, and FUN Collection homes built with a parapet (flat) roof. Sizes range from about 384 to 1,768 square feet, and some homes can be ordered with no garage or with an attached two- or three-car garage. The flat-roof parapet design gives a clean desert profile. All plans are designed for cold-formed steel framing. Open any plan to compare its options.
